What is a Quillow?
A Quillow is a pillow with a duel life as a lap quilt. Quillow
patterns have been available for a long time and are made by
many people. Debra’s Quillows' are made durable and machine
washable, because the entire quilt is quilted making it a very
usable item for every age.
The pillow is a wonderful accent in any room and when a need
arises, just reach inside the pillow and pull out the attached
quilt and get cozy. When finished, just fold the quilt back
into the pocket and you have an accent pillow again.

Debra's Custom Machine Quilting is offering a new service. We can customize quillows, pillows, wall hangings, and yes-even quilts with your own wonderful pictures. Nothing is made ahead of time then added to. Each item ordered would be uniquely yours. The process used will not damage your pictures in any way. The pictures are printed for us by Traveling Designs. Each picture is printed with a permanent dye that will not peel, crack or fade, and are machine washable. The pictures come out as clear and bold as the original pictures used.
To order a quillow, wall hanging, pillow or quilt, we will need to speak with you personally to decide designs and fabrics.
The prices for wall hangings, and quilts will vary due to size, quilt design, and number of pictures used.
Quillows can be made with a single picture or a collection of several as in our example. We can add names, dates, and other information. The cost for a quillow would be $100.00 and pillows would be $50.00,plus shipping. This is a great option for lasting memories and unique gifts. |

Mountain Herd Machine Quilted Quillow |

This quillow has a beautiful picture of wild horses running through the snow in the high mountains. It is a pillow when folded, but opens in to a small twin sized quilt when opened. The quilt has variegated green fabric on one side and a mottled dark green on the other. This is a very useful quilt for travel camping or to decorate the home. It is machine washable. |

This is a wonderful quillow for anyone who has fish as a hobby or just loves the colors of tropical fish. There are vibrant colors of the yellow, orange and greens in this picture portion of the quillow. When opened into the quilt, the top print is a vibrant ocean blue; and the back is a fabric print of aquarium plants. This quillow has been machine quilted using a water stipple pattern making it a more durable and washable quilt holding up to much use as a quilt. |

Winston Cup Machine Quilted Quillow |

This quillow is both a useable quilt for the race fan
in your life and for the racing collector. Winston Cup
had been discontinued and so when these Winston cup
panels are gone there will be no more. This quillow
was made with licensed material however the quillow
is not a crafted item made by Winston cup or any company
there of.
This quillow has a checker print with racing tires on
one side and black and white checker on the back. It
has been Machine quilted using a stipple pattern. |
